Sharing my affinity for the Rocky Mountains continually energizes my motivation as a professional guide, environmental educator and adventure instructor. Most of my 6+ years of experience is within the ecosystems of the Colorado and Wyoming Rocky Mountains. My home base is located in the Vail / Eagle Valley area within the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I work under the permits and insurance of various for-profit & not-for-profit adventure and educational institutions. Through the diversity of those businesses' services I can cater to all ability levels and ages, whether individuals, groups, families, etc.. Guiding: 2 hour to all day nature hikes, snowshoe and cross-country ski tours, adventure hikes and peak ascents, multi-day summer and winter backpack trips, wildlife watching, mountain biking and river trips.
Environmental & Natural History Education: 1/2day to multi-day in-the-field or classroom ecology and natural history courses and research projects (curriculum designed to fit individual needs).
Instruction: Summer: Rock climbing, photography workshops & mountain biking. Winter: Alpine and telemark skiing, cross-country and skate skiing & photography workshops.
